2017 BMW i3 – Drive Report

The BMW i3 was named the 2017 World Urban Car of the Year. The i3 is the bestselling compact battery-electric vehicle in the premium compact segment worldwide since it was launched in 2014. Driving range is 114 miles on pure battery power.

For 2018 its exterior design has been enhanced giving the BMW i3 a wider and sportier look. And, the first-ever BMW i3s featuring a sportier chassis, wider track and
higher performance output is being introduced. It’ll get to 60 mph in just 6.8 seconds on its way to a top speed of 100 mph.

Planned for release in the first-half of 2018 is the BMW Digital Charging Service. BMW ConnectedDrive and the BMW ConnectedDrive Portal is expected to turn charging into an easy to use digital experience.
