All-new for 2017, the Jeep Compass has been nicely refined over the previous generation. And yet, it’s very much a Jeep with outstanding off-road creds.
For on-road use, and that’s all some drivers do, it comes in front-wheel drive. If you venture into the hills or get lots of snow in your neighborhood, a 4X4 might be the way to go.
Prices range from the low to upper $20s and can tip into the $30s with options. Check out my drive of the Trailhawk model here.
