A quick tour of the Pontiac-Oakland Automobile Museum in Pontiac, IL

DSC_4227 Just about 100 miles southwest of Chicago along I-55 sits the town of Pontiac, Illinois. I road tripped down to this historic town to visit the Pontiac Oakland Museum.

Here’s a quick look at what you may see and learn about these storied GM brands. Just give it a read right here.

Also in Pontiac is the Route 66 Association of Illinois Hall of Fame and Museum, a repository for thousands of pieces of historic memorabilia from the glory days of the Mother Road.
