Chevrolet is just introducing a 2.8-L diesel engine in its mid-size Colorado pickup. Rated at 31mpg highway in EPA tests, that will give you up to 651 miles of driving on a tank of fuel. Chevy says it’s America’s most fuel efficient pickup. Costing about $3700 more than a comparably equipped V6 model, the diesel might just be the best choice for many folks. If I were a big-time camper or off-roader I certainly would like the piece of mind of many miles of driving. Have a quick read here for more details.
