In February’s zero-degree temps I spent a week driving an EV, the 2015 Kia Soul EV.

On March 25, KIA MOTORS AMERICA announced that they will expand Soul EV sales to five additional states. Kia’s Soul Electric Vehicle will be available for sale in Georgia in Q2; Oregon, Washington, Texas and Hawaii are anticipated in June. #Kia
